    Description
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has a requirement for the encapsulation of the existing wharf structure with a berlin wall system, including the supply and installation of steel support piles, concrete panels, concrete deck, wheel guard and seawall, ladders, mooring cleats, electrical system upgrades, as well, a new launching ramp and expansion to the existing service area at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans – Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH) Carter’s Point Harbour Facility, Halifax County, NS. All elements of the work must be completed by March 30th, 2025.
