Work under this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the replacement of the main perimeter gates facing 76th Avenue at the Immigration Holding Centre at 13130 76th Avenue, Surrey, BC. Work covered by this contract includes but is not limited to the following items covered further in the Contract Document:1. Demolition of the existing gates and replacement with new gates (approximately 70% of the Work)2. Structural foundation required for new gates (approximately 5% of the Work)3. Electrical power and security system. (approximately 20% of the Work)4. Paving remediation as a result of installation of new gate (approximately 5% of the Work) Work to be carried out in phases to ensure the security of the perimeter is not compromised.

The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/10/10.
