AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 19th, 2023 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is for the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) to provide cost-effective maintenance and minor improvement services for the Crown owned portfolio in accordance with the Annex A Statement of Work. There is an optional teleconference associated with this requirement. The optional teleconference will be held on November 14th, 2023 at 13:00 pm EST in English and also November 15th, 2023 at 13:00 pm EST in French. Please confirm attendance for one of the two meetings. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than November 8th, 2023 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/04/01.
