AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 6 November 2023 at 2:00 pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of the Receiver General for Canada, requires a formal arrangement with a single service provider for the processing of all Pre‑Authorized Debit (PAD) transactions, nationwide, on behalf of Canada. The period of any resulting contract will be for five years from the date of contract award, with an irrevocable option to extend the period of the Contract by one additional one year period and an additional eight month transition period under the same terms and conditions. There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.
