A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on November 22, 2023 by02:00PMEDT. All bids submitted after02:00PMEDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
