Two Phase Selection Process:
This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.
Work Description: Work under this Contract is for the replacement of the Catenary Lights with new LED luminaries around the perimeter of the Mission Medium Institution located at 8751 Stave Lake Street, Mission, BC.
Site Visit: There will be no scheduled site visit for Phase 1 Solicitation.
Delivery Date: The Contractor must perform and complete the work within twenty (20) weeks of contract award notification.
Estimated Value: This project is estimated to cost approximately between $100,001 and $500,000.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/30.
