    AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on November 2nd, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) requires the construction of a wooden helicopter pad and the demolition and replacement of an Aid to Navigation (AtoN) Tower at their LL1013 Little Detroit site, located on Lake Superior on the North East point of Aird Island at Lat./Long.: 46° 8’ 57.099” N, 82° 22’ 31.973” W. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work in its entirety by June 28th, 2024. There will be no site visit for this requirement.
