The Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is required by the Department of National Defense to provide services to carry out the repair, installation, removal, inspection, retrofit, relocation, testing and evacuation of HALON systems and deficiencies onboard HMC Ships, Submarines, CF Auxiliary Vessels, and DND small boats on an as and when required basis.
