AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME:All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on December 5, 2023 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC intends to retain a Civil/Environmental Engineering, firm or joint venture for the provision of multi-disciplinary engineering professional services set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). An experienced firm is expected to provide Engineering Design Services for the Kingston Inner Harbour (KIH) Sediment Management Project including detailed design of dredge areas, thin layer,conventional cap and nature-based shoreline rehabilitation and/or other related risk management measures, in order to reduce exposure of humans and aquatic organisms to contaminated sediments, reduce the spread of contamination further into the Kingston Inner Harbour and enhance natural recovery. The selected consultant(s) shall provide a range of services as identified in the Required Services section of the Solicitation document. Contract duration
