Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Agriculture an Agri-Foods Canada (AAFC)requires architectural consulting services to review a decade old needs study and determine the best course of action for today and beyond for the Charlottetown Research and Development Center (CRDC). This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) E0225-152290 for Mechanical Engineering Services. The invited firms for the province of PEI are: Duffus Romans Kundzins Rounsefell Ltd, SNM Architect Limited, Jarsky Studio Ltd, Turner Fleischer Architects Inc, Acre Architects, Coles Associates Ltd, Nadeau Soucy Ellis Architects, and SableARC Studios Inc. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
