Description
An ACAN is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that a department or agency intends to award a contract for goods, services or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in the ACAN, the contracting officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier. The closing date and time for accepting statements of capabilities is November 7, 2023 by 2 pm EST.The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) rotary sample divider (RSD) including vibratory feeders and dividing modules with the option to purchase 2 additional RSDs in the next 2 years. The equipment must be delivered on or before February 15, 2024, and includes the option to purchase 2 additional RSDs to be delivered on or before March 31, 2026.
