Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, has a requirement for the supply of miscellaneous canteen items on an as and when requested basis. A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) will be awarded for a one year period, after which a re-solicitation will take place to award another one year RISO. A maximum of two standing offers will be awarded to the bidder providing the lowest priced compliant bid, on a line by line evaluation. The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex A, the Lists of Products at Annexes B.1, B.2, B.3 & B.4 and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer. Deliveries MUST be made to the following Institutions: Atlantic Institution - Renous, NB, Dorchester Penitentiary –Minimum and Medium Security facilities- Dorchester, NB, and Springhill Institution - Springhill, NS.
