Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) - Armored Tubing

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on January 8, 2024 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Requirement: Public Services and Procurement Canada will be posting an Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) for the establishment of a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for Armored Tubing that will be utilized by Environment & Climate Change Canada. This ACAN will result in either an award of a NISO to Cargo Lift USA if no compliant Statement of Capabilities are received, OR will result in proceeding to a competitive procurement process if compliant Statement of Capabilities are received. Resulting Standing Offer will have a term of one (1) firm year and four (4) Optional years. Debriefings Those whom provide a Statement of Capability may request a debriefing on the results of the ACAN process. Those that have submitted a Statement of Capability should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the ACAN process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
