Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement, on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, for wharf reconstruction in Frenchman’s Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador. The work covered under this contract consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material required to complete the wharf reconstruction in Frenchman’s Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador.
