AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: : Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on January 5, 2024 by 2 pm EST. All bids submitted after 2 pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. SCOPE OF WORK: Canadian Forces Base Borden, Ontario, has a requirement for a contractor to supply, deliver, assemble, install, provide training and on-site maintenance for commercial cardio equipment that is durable and low-maintenance, on an as requested basis. The commercial cardio equipment includes treadmills, stationary, recumbent, spin, and air or fan bikes, standard and recumbent ellipticals, StepMills, and rowers. The period of the standing offer is for one year with additional one-year option periods.Solicitation amendment 001 is raised to answer bidder’s questions.Solicitation amendment 002 is raised to answer bidder’s questions.
