AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE: Please ignore the response deadline that appears in the Ariba Discovery posting. You must submit your bid and all required supporting documentation by 2:00 PM EST on February 5, 2024. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will be declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada intends to retain the services of a construction management entity, to provide construction management at-risk construction services. The successful Contractor shall provide advisory services and undertake the construction and implementation a new Crown-owned building, which shall provide new office space, including all base building systems as well as the fit-up of office and special purpose space, required to accommodate Government of Canada Departments.
