All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on February 1, 2024 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to retain an architectural or engineering firm for the design and implementation of a new special-purpose Crown-owned building with a gross area of approximately 45,000 m2, to house multiple federal organizations. In its capacity as the Prime Consultant, the A&E firm can be a sole or joint venture and may comprise multidisciplinary teams of sub-consultants. The Project includes delivery of the base building and tenant fit up requirements, using a construction management at risk approach resulting in occupancy by 2030. The Proponent must be an Architectural or Engineering firm, licenced, or eligible to be licensed, certified or otherwise authorized to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by provincial or territorial law in the province of Ontario.
