All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 5, 2024 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide plant maintenance services including all labour, material, equipment, supervision and transportation in accordance with the Statement of Work attached at Annex A, for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) at the various locations, 80 Wellington, 255 Albert, 410 Laurier, 333 Laurier, 200 Kent and 300 Laurier, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at L’Esplanade Laurier, 140 O’Connor, Ottawa, Ontario on January 18, 2024. The site visit will begin at 10:30am EST in the lobby of the East Tower (Laurier Entrance). Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 17, 2024 at 2:00pm EST to confirm attendance and provide the name of the person who will attend.
