Description
VIA HFR was created for the express purpose of overseeing the construction of a high frequency railway connecting Quebec city to Toronto.
In support of this project, VIA HFR has mandated Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) to source the necessary expertise in producing an Omnibus Market Value Study Report for land value.
This report will be used as a benchmarking tool and for internal purposes throughout the preproduction phase of the project.
