Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the directorate of Cape Breton Operations (CBO) requires geotechnical engineering services for the design of remedial measures required at the CBO GBU3 site that is at risk from coastal erosion. The GBU3 site (also known as the “Old Dump Site”) is a CBO property located off of Connaught Avenue / McIntyre Lane in the community of Glace Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. This is a request for proposal (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 Heavy Civil Engineering Services (Geotechnical) . The invited firms for the province of Nova Scotia are: CBCL Ltd, CIMA+, Mitchelmore Engineering Company Ltd, WSP Canada Inc, EXP Services Inc, Harbourside Geotechnical Consultants, Hatch Ltd, GEMTEC, Roy Consultants, Stantec Consulting, BGC Engineering Inc, DesignPoint Engineering & Surveying Ltd, and Englobe Corp. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
