The Department of National Defence is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the furnishing of all cleaning materials, paper products, feminine hygiene products, soap, labour, tools, equipment, supervision, travel and profit, required to provide complete janitorial services for various buildings located at 5 CDSB Gagetown, New Brunswick as directed and specified herein. The period of the contract is from contract award to June 30, 2025 inclusive with an option to extend by two additional one year periods. It is optional, but strongly recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror attend the site visit. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on February 08, 2024. To attend the site visit Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 12:00pm on February 07, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer.
