The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment required to provide the following at Newcastle, Bathurst and Campbellton Armouries: Weekly Heating Plant operational inspection at Newcastle, Bathurst and Campbellton Armouries; Heating season system start-up at all Armouries; End of heating season system shut down at all Armouries; and Repair service, when requested, at all Armouries. The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years) for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,001 - $500,000.
