Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a Supply Arrangement for the provision of various configurations of Light Duty Cargo Trailers in accordance with Annex A – Purchase Description. This procurement encourages Bidders to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) as part of their offer. See the solicitation document (Annex: Indigenous Participation Plan Criteria) for a description of the specific IPP criteria that will be assessed for this procurement, and an explanation of how they will be evaluated.
