PHASE 2 - BY INVITATION ONLY Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the Replacement of the existing asphalt shingles on the sloped roofs and the re-capping of the 2-ply modified bitumen system on the flat roof of the Saint John Parole office/CCC, located at 23 Carleton Street, Saint John, NB. The estimated value for this opportunity is in the range of $100,001.00 to 500,000.00. Delivery date is (24) weeks after award of contract. Bid security will be a requirement for this tender during Phase 2.
