AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by March 28 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Health Canada is seeking two (2) lead marketing and advertising creative agencies to provide a full range of creative development and advertising-related services for: Health Canada advertising and marketing campaigns Public Health Agency of Canada advertising and marketing campaigns. Each of the two contracts will be from date of award until March 31, 2025 with the possibility of three (3) additional one (1) year irrevocable option periods. The services must be carried out as described in Annex “A1”, Statement of Work- Health Canada, and Annex “A2”, Statement of work – Public Health Agency of Canada. There are two simultaneous RFP events, one for health Canada and one for Public Health Agency of Canada. Please ensure that you submit your offers for the requirement that you are interested in, one or both.

The estimated contract period will be 48 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/04/01.
