AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 06 September 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Contractor to provide instructional and administrative services to CC130H Pilots, Flight Engineers (FE) and Air Combat System Officers (ACSO) via the CC130H Operational Flight Simulator (OFS) Programs. DND requires: a) a minimum of one (1) Senior Instructor; b) a minimum of five (5) Instructor Pilots; and c) a minimum of five (5) Flight Engineer Instructors. Services include the entire scope of training for Initial Training, Continuation Training, Refresher Training and On-Job-Training (OJT) in accordance with the specifications listed in Annex Statement of Work.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 34 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/07.
