AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on May 2, 2024 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F1818-241000-A (WS4474604832, Doc4474699150) dated March 7, 2024 with a closing of April 15, 2024 at 2:00 PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Canadian Coast Guard / Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of up to 950,000 litres of finished, blended marine fuel containing 50% by volume of synthetic hydrocarbon components, 20 % biodiesel and the balance conventional hydrocarbons to Vancouver and Victoria, BC. Delivery is required between May 10th and July 15th, 2024.
This procurement encourages Bidders to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) as part of their offer. See the solicitation document (Annex F: Indigenous Participation Plan Criteria) for a description of the specific IPP criteria that will be assessed for this procurement, and an explanation of how they will be evaluated.
