Tendering Procedures: Invitation to qualify (ITQ) Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: - Tsawwassen First Nation - Ta'an Kwach'an Council - Kwanlin Dun First Nation - First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun - Champagne and Aishihik First Nations - Teslin Tlingit Council - Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation - Selkirk First Nation - Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nations - Tr'ondëk Hwëch'inm - Kluane First Nation - Carcross/Tagish First Nations Final Agreements - Tlicho Land Claims and Self Government Agreement Nature of Requirements: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking to create a pool of qualified candidates that would be interested in submitting a proposal for the forthcoming Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) of a Thermal Enhancement Device for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The intent of this ITQ is create a pool of qualified suppliers to conduct a competitive RFSO with the goal of awarding the resulting Standing Offer for Thermal Enhancement Devices for the RCMP. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
