Summary: The Department of National Defence (DND), 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba requires Regional Individual Standing Offers for the supply of Composite Food Packages in each of the four (4) geographical locations : Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Regina, Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Thunder Bay, Ontario.
