AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2024-01-18 at 2 p.m. EDT. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
Regional Individual Standing Offer(s) for the provision of Bulk Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) to several National Parks in Western Canada for helicopters used in fire management operations.
Mobile fuel tankers containing Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) fuel are to be supplied, as when requested, during the Standing Offer Period, which will be from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2026 with the possibility of a one-year extension option from May 1st, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
Fuel is to be in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB 3.23-2023 (latest issue).
On an as required basis, a refuelling operator may also be required for larger fires, as well as a driver to move the mobile tanker to various areas within the Parks.
More than one Standing Offer may be issued as a result of this Solicitation.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/01.
