AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on May 08, 2024 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This Canadian Coast Guard and Department of National Defence requirement is for the supply of a total potential quantity of 710,000 litres (Item 1), 95,000 litres (Item 2) is to be delivered by tank wagon to the port of Quebec City, Quebec, and loaded onto a Canadian Coast Guard vessel CCGS DesGroseilliers for furtherance to Eureka, NU.Delivery is tentatively scheduled for June 14 and 15, 2024. The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement: Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Eureka, Nunavut *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in.
