RFP - Flings Brook Dam Decommissioning – Design

Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement to remove an existing concrete dam structure and contaminated soil, restore the natural stream, and undertake associated site restoration at the AAFC, St. John’s Research and Development Centre (RDC) in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. PSPC is seeking proposals from consultants for professional services required to prepare construction documents for this work. All interested consultants may submit a proposal. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. General Information:Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP.
