AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 19, 2024 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, material and equipment for Public Works and Government Services Canada ’s (PWGSC) various buildings located at Parliament Hill and Blocks 2 and 3 . AND exterior cleaning including snow removal for Blocks 1, 2 and 3). Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on May 22, 2024 at 10:00am EDT. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00pm EDT, May 16, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name of the person who will attend. Bidders who do not comply will not be permitted to attend the mandatory site visit.
