All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 22 August 2024 at 2pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Canadian Forces Housing Agency located at HSC Kingston, requires ongoing maintenance of the apartment blocks common areas, including grass cutting, snow and ice removal and control, cleaning, curbside recycling of flyers, etc. from common areas, garbage/waste/debris collection, removal and disposal off site. The requirement comprises all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment in accordance with the attached Annexes Statement of Work A-1 and/or A-2 herein. ANNEX A-1 – Kingston Apartments Grass and Grounds Maintenance and Snow & Ice Removal and Control Services Specifications. ANNEX A-2 – Kingston Apartments Janitorial Services Specifications. Bidders are invited to submit a proposal for one or all services.Canada intents to award up to 2 contracts as per Annexes Statement of Work A-1 and/or A-2 from the date of award to 31 March 2026 with an additional one-year option period from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
