This bid solicitation is for a Strategic Advisory, Business Consulting and Change Management Services firm to provide a business strategy to modernize the case management system and provide ongoing analysis and advice for Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) Client and Case Relationship Management (CCRM) Initiative. This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS. NOTE: The Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is subject to quarterly refresh cycles.
