Description
The work covered under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to conduct cleaning of ductwork, motors, fans, grilles and related equipment in various buildings at 5 CDSB Gagetown when requested on form CF 942, Call-Up Against A Standing Offer, and as specified herein. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Specification Number L-G2-9900/1929 forming part of the bid document. The period of the Standing Offer will be from July 01, 2024 to March 31, 2026. A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract. Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called up.
