1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA: Stream 12 - AB - Equal to or less than 6 Meters – Aluminum (welded) - Non-SOLAS - Welding Certification Required 2. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the fabrication and supply of four (4) 5.8 meter, aluminum welded boats, with trailers, with delivery to Edmonton, AB and Regina, SK, by 01 June 2025. There is also an optional requirement for an additional eight (8) 5.8 meter, aluminum welded boats, with trailers, with delivery to Winnipeg, MB. This procurement is being sourced under Supply Arrangement E60MC-190001. 3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders. 4. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). 5. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering System CanadaBuys at: https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities. Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority. 6. There is no security associated with this requirement.
