AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 4, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is s for the maintenance of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) equipment , including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex E. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at Cartier Square Drill Hall, 2 Queen Elizabeth Drive and Military Stores Building, 4 Queen Elizabeth Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. A mandatory site visit will start at front entrance of 2 Queen Elizabeth Drive on September 6th, 2024, at 8:30am. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than September 6th, 2024 at 14:00 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) .
