AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by (July 3, 2024) at 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The work involves the construction of a Parks Canada Office and Cultural Centre building, and an auxiliary biomass heating facility, in Tulít’a, Northwest Territories. Parks Canada has obtained development permit approval from the Hamlet of Tulita, NT, for the development of the Parks Canada -owned land parcels and properties. The design for construction of this facility has been developed through outcomes of public consultation, environmental and geotechnical assessments, and engagement with stakeholders and Indigenous partners. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a bid package including the Indigenous Participation Plan, and financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
