Construction of new Government of Canada building – Stellarton, NSPHASE 1 – INVITATION TO QUALIFY (ITQ) – M4000-250461 The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a Contractor to construct a new Government of Canada building in Stellarton, NS. The Work of the Project generally involves the following: .1 Construction of a new heavy timber wood framed building. .2 Construction includes related structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and landscaping as required.RCMP Enhanced Reliability Status (ERS) will be required. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: between $20,000,001 to $40,000,000. Work to be completed within 80 weeks of contract award with an additional 8 weeks for RCMP fit-up.
