    Work on this contract at AAFC’s Morden Research and Development in Morden Manitoba involves demolition of the existing pesticide and chemical storage buildings (205.42 m2 and 41.29 m2 respectively) including asbestos abatement and lead paint remediation (existing site to be decommissioned) and new construction of a pesticide building (201 m2) and separate chemical storage building (50.5 m2). This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a bid package including the financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
