23240-240163A RFSA Offshore Wind Data Collection Atlantic – Various Regions

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), has a requirement to establish a Supply Arrangement to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers for two Streams per marine data collection campaign: Stream 1 – Campaign & Data Manager and Stream 2 – Data Collector. The work performed under this Supply Arrangement will be for marine data collection campaigns to acquire, process, manage and publicly release two years of marine data that complies with the applicable standards, collection of metococean and marine wildlife and habitat data. The work will be undertaken in locations within Canadian Atlantic Ocean Waters.
