All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 17, 2024 by 2 p.m. EDT. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada requires Accessibility Conformance Testing (ACT) services on an “as and when requested” basis in the following ACT categories:Web,Non-web documents – PDF,Non-web documents - Non-PDF,Non-web software,iOS Native Mobile Applications,Android Native Mobile Applications,Hardware ICT. In submitting an offer to this RFSO, Offerors will have the opportunity to select which Regions they will be pre-qualified to provide services to, should their offer result in the issuance of a Standing Offer: National Capital Region, Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, Western, Pacific, Remote / Virtual Access: This is a separate region and does not include any of the other Regions. Canada has set aside this procurement under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. A Notice will be posted on CanadaBuys (SAP Ariba) approximately every 12 months following the initial RFSO closing date to allow new suppliers to submit an offer. The period of the Standing Offer is from a period of one (1) year, with the irrevocable option to extend the term by four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
