Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) located in Quebec (Quebec) Canada, is issuing this Solicitation of Offers for the acquisition of optical communication systems and the development of a link testbed emulating realistic flight concepts of operation within an indoor lab environment, including the delivery, installation, calibration, training and the maintenance, updates, design and programming services, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
