Hand Tool NMSO Set-Aside. This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc4339363988 (PSIB portion only) dated 22 April 2024 with a closing of 13 June 2024 at 2:00 p.m. In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous Business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB. Only offers transmitted through SAP Ariba will be accepted. This requirement has been created to establish National Master Standing Offers (NMSOs) for the supply of Hand Tools, including Goods and Services Identification Number (GSIN) codes 5110, 5120, 5130, 5133, 5136, 5140 and 5180 on an as-and-when requested basis.
