AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 26, 2024 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a total potential quantity of 3,000,000 liters of Aviation Turbine Fuel (military grade F-34) containing minimum 5% by volume of synthetic hydrocarbon components (SHC) in accordance with Annex A, Statement of Requirement and a total potential quantity of 8,000,000 liters of book and claim synthetic hydrocarbon components and delivered CAN/CGSB 3.24-2020 Aviation Turbine Fuel (military grade F-34) in accordance with Annex A, Statement of Requirement to CFB Comox. This includes a firm quantity of 1,500,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 1,500,000 litres of aviation fuel containing SHC and a firm quantity of 5,500,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 2,500,000 litres of book and claim SHC and delivered aviation fuel. The supply of fuel is required before 31 March 2026.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 18 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/01.
