Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals from consultants to provide building envelope upgrades for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) at the Vulcan and Polaris Buildings, located at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth NS. This Project Description outlines the scope of work required to enhance the buildings envelopes. The required services for this contract include: Architectural (as prime Consultant), Structural, Cost Planning Services and Building code/ life safety. Minimal effort will be required from Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. Pre-qualified firms, that qualified under the Architectural Supply Arrangement E0225-152290, have been invited to participate. Algee Architect Ltd., Republic Architecture Inc., Nine Yards Inc. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
