This is the Request for Information (RFI) #1 pertaining to the Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) for the Royal Mounted Canadian Police’s (RCMP) Canadian Firearms Program (CFP). The purpose of this RFI is to inform industry of RCMP’s requirement for the PAL card and to give industry the opportunity to provide feedback on the requirement and subsequent engagement activities.
