M7594-252276 NPP for Extendable Baton Holders

Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 3 800 Extendable Baton Holders, in accordance with RCMP Purchase Description No: PD-PE-78 dated 2024-08-07. The requirement includes option quantities and as and when quantities. The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods in accordance with Article 503.4 (b) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. The Proposed Procurement will occur in two phases. Phase 1 is an expression of interest by the Interested Bidder. To participate in this requirement, a SUBMISSION OF INTEREST form and Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality of Information Agreement (NDCIA) must be completed and submitted. Phase 2 is the solicitation with the specific details of the requirement. Canada reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate, at its sole discretion, any or all of the phases of the Proposed Procurement at any time during the Proposed Procurement period. Given that this Proposed Procurement may be cancelled by Canada, it may not result in any of the subsequent procurement processes described in this document.
