The Department of National Defence, 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba, requires the provision of laundry and dry-cleaning services including the supply of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide regular laundry services, including pickup and delivery of items to the identified locations in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
